Our Sizzle Dining dinner menu for 2024 is a three-course journey through a world of flavors, showcasing the best of seasonal ingredients.
Start with a choice of red curry arancini, burrata with pears and pomegranate, crispy fish cake, or beef carpaccio. For the main course, selections include chicken duo with sweet potato purée, five spiced salmon, herb-crusted pork tenderloin, or a vegetarian sweet potato cavatelli. Finish your meal with a decadent dessert, choosing between an apple tartlet with spiced ice cream or a rich chocolate torte with hazelnut cremeux and espresso.
