STARTING NOVEMBER 6
Truffle Temptations: A Wine Dinner Series
Truffle season in Europe, particularly in late October and early November, is a celebrated time when food enthusiasts and chefs eagerly await the arrival of this rare and prized delicacy. Harvested in regions like France and Italy, truffles are carefully foraged by trained dogs or pigs, who skillfully locate the underground fungi in forests, often near the roots of oak and hazelnut trees. The hunt for truffles is steeped in tradition, passed down through generations, and the moment a fresh truffle is unearthed marks the beginning of a culinary season unlike any other.
Truffles bring an unparalleled twist to any dinner, enhancing dishes with their intense, earthy aroma and rich flavor. Their rarity and distinctive taste make them a true gourmet treasure, elevating everything from pastas to risottos, meats, and even desserts. When incorporated into a multi-course meal, truffles create an experience that is luxurious and memorable, as their bold yet delicate presence turns each bite into something extraordinary.
Each week in November, we showcase truffles paired with a unique wine and cuisine from around the world. Click on each event below for more information.
STARTING DECEMBER 4
Scarpetta: A Wine Dinner Series
In Italy, scarpetta means sopping up all the sauce left on your plate (or in the pot) with bread. The literal meaning of the term is “little shoe,” which comes from the fact that a shoe, just like the bread on the plate, drags up what’s on the ground. Another theory says that the term scarpetta comes from the dialect word scarsetta, which means scarcity: a condition that obliged the poorer classes to get as much nourishment as possible from a dish, not wasting even a trace of leftover sauce.
Each week in December, we celebrate the scarpetta tradition, applied to a different region of the world, with a four-course wine pairing dinner. Click on each event below for more information.

Our Signature Tasting Experience: An Unforgettable Celebration of Autumn’s Finest Flavors
As the cool breeze of late fall settles in, we're excited to present a multi-course tasting menu that captures the essence of the season. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the rich, warming flavors of autumn, from savory meats to hearty vegetables and indulgent desserts, paired with wines from some of the most renowned regions across the globe, each selected to complement the unique flavors of the dishes.
This menu celebrates both the bounty of the season and the artistry of pairing food with wine, offering a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. You’ll begin with vibrant, delicate starters like hamachi crudo, paired with the crisp, dry Eiko Fuji Honkara sake from Japan, or chicken liver mousse complemented by the sparkling Leo Hillinger "Secco" Rosé from Austria. The second course elevates the fall flavors with dishes like scallops, served alongside a creamy pumpkin and celery root gratin, paired with the bright minerality of Bertani "Sereole" Soave from Italy. As the courses progress, heartier dishes take center stage, such as black bass with fregola in a mussel curry sauce, paired with a Trousseau from Jura, and a savory rabbit pappardelle paired with a robust Mendoza red blend, Clos de los Siete.
For the grand finale, the main courses will feature a decadent duck duo with verjus glaze and cappelletti, paired with the bold Bodega Numanthia "Termes" Tinta de Toro from Spain, or speck-wrapped pork loin accompanied by blackberry mole, paired with the unique Croatian red, Bura-Mrgudic "Basina" Tribidrag. Finally, dessert will bring the evening to a sweet close, featuring indulgent options like a pecan and caramel cheesecake with bourbon caramel, paired perfectly with a rich 20-Year Tawny from Quinta do Vallado, Portugal.
$110 per person. Optional wine pairings $55 per person. Excludes tax and gratuity.
