Join us for an evening of bold flavors and fine spirits at our Around the World Whiskey Dinner. This four-course experience brings together thoughtfully crafted dishes with standout whiskey pairings from Ireland, the U.S., Scotland, and Japan. We’ll start in Ireland with corned beef croquettes and a glass of Kilbeggan Irish whiskey, then head to the U.S. for fried chicken glazed in maple bourbon, paired with Basil Hayden dark rye. From there, we go to Scotland for seared trout with smoky onion purée, served alongside Laphroaig Scotch. We’ll finish in Japan with Wagyu flank, pineapple slaw, and a pour of Suntory World AO.
