Spring Bourbon Dinner Series: Widow Jane

Our Summer Bourbon Dinner Series returns on Tuesday, September 17, with a special evening celebrating the bold and distinctive bourbons of Widow Jane Distillery

Based in Brooklyn, Widow Jane has earned a loyal following for producing whiskeys that are both rooted in tradition and unmistakably modern. Their bourbons are made with heirloom corn and proofed with limestone-rich water from the legendary Rosendale Mines in upstate New York—giving each bottle a unique minerality and depth. Sitting in that sweet spot between small-batch craft and established heritage brands, Widow Jane has carved out a place in the market as one of the most respected names in contemporary American whiskey.

Chef Brooke and our team will create a thoughtful multi-course menu, each dish paired with Widow Jane bourbons. Full menu details with pairings will be released soon.

Mark your calendars—this is one dinner you won’t want to miss.

Fathers Day Brunch

This Father’s Day, give Dad something stronger than a necktie—something he can sink his teeth into.

Join us tomorrow from 11 AM to 3 PM for a brunch that leans into the classics with just the right amount of mischief. From donut holes with caramel and berry coulis to soufflé pancakes draped in maple-roasted pears and spiced cream, we’re serving up dishes that don’t just sit pretty—they make an impression. If he prefers something savory, the Short Rib Benedict or Pork Belly Omelet will do the trick, no small talk required.

Of course, if the old man leans continental, we’ve got crab salad, beef carpaccio, and tartare that would make any hotel bar proud. Toast his impeccable taste with a Brunch Burger topped in bacon jam, or keep it sharp and understated with the Shaved Beef Focaccia.

And for the purists? A stiff espresso and French toast dripping with Nutella and bruléed custard should hit the mark. Call it brunch, call it breakfast with ambition—just don’t let Dad pay the check.

Around the World Whiskey Dinner

Join us for an evening of bold flavors and fine spirits at our Around the World Whiskey Dinner. This four-course experience brings together thoughtfully crafted dishes with standout whiskey pairings from Ireland, the U.S., Scotland, and Japan. We’ll start in Ireland with corned beef croquettes and a glass of Kilbeggan Irish whiskey, then head to the U.S. for fried chicken glazed in maple bourbon, paired with Basil Hayden dark rye.
