Our Summer Bourbon Dinner Series returns on Tuesday, September 17, with a special evening celebrating the bold and distinctive bourbons of Widow Jane Distillery.
Based in Brooklyn, Widow Jane has earned a loyal following for producing whiskeys that are both rooted in tradition and unmistakably modern. Their bourbons are made with heirloom corn and proofed with limestone-rich water from the legendary Rosendale Mines in upstate New York—giving each bottle a unique minerality and depth. Sitting in that sweet spot between small-batch craft and established heritage brands, Widow Jane has carved out a place in the market as one of the most respected names in contemporary American whiskey.
