We’re thrilled to announce the next installment of our Spring Bourbon Dinner series, this time featuring Woodinville Whiskey Co. — a craft distillery making big waves from the Pacific Northwest.
Founded just outside of Seattle, Woodinville has earned serious respect in the bourbon world. What started as a small operation has grown into a nationally recognized name, thanks to meticulous grain-to-glass production, locally sourced ingredients, and aging in custom-seasoned barrels. In 2020, their flagship Straight Bourbon was named “Best Straight Bourbon” in the world by the San Francisco World Spirits Competition—beating out heavyweights from Kentucky and beyond.
This dinner will spotlight Woodinville’s distinctive, award-winning whiskeys, thoughtfully paired with a custom four-course menu built to complement their bold, smooth character.
