Our Summer Bourbon Dinner Series returns on Wednesday, April 22, with a special evening celebrating the bold, distinctive bourbons of Bulleit Bourbon—featuring special guest host P.J.

Bulleit Bourbon traces its roots to the 1830s, when Augustus Bulleit began crafting a high-rye whiskey in Louisville, Kentucky, giving it a bold, spicy character. After his mysterious disappearance while transporting barrels to New Orleans, Louisiana, the brand faded into history.

More than a century later, his descendant Tom Bulleit revived the original recipe in the 1980s, reintroducing the family’s frontier-style bourbon to a new generation. Today, it’s produced in Kentucky and celebrated for its high rye content, smooth finish, and enduring heritage.

Chef Brooke and our team will present a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, with each dish expertly paired with Bulleit bourbons.
