Our most preeminent wine dinner series returns this Winter — join us every Wednesday for a new, unique, and intimate wine dinner featuring in-depth conversations with those who pour their heart and soul into winemaking around the world.
Join us on Wednesday, February 4th, as we welcome Nicole Teegarden, On Premise Account Manager for the State of Florida for Constellation Brands and on behalf of Lingua Franca Winery.
Lingua Franca was co-founded by Larry Stone, a celebrated Master Sommelier, with the guidance of Dominique Lafon, a legendary Burgundian winemaker, and the expertise of Thomas Savre, a classically trained winemaker from iconic Burgundy estates like Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. This powerhouse team combines Old World tradition with New World innovation to craft truly compelling wines.
Situated in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, Lingua Franca benefits from rocky volcanic soils, east-facing slopes for optimal sunlight, and cooling winds funneling in from the Pacific. This unique terroir produces wines with complexity, minerality, and vibrant acidity- paralleling the finest wines of Burgundy. Lingua Franca employs a combination of traditional and modern techniques for pinot noir and chardonnay. Each vintage is treated uniquely. The team blends blind as to create the highest possible expression without bias. Lingua Franca has been a trail blazer for the global recognition of Oregon Chardonnay by crafting wines that rival the world’s best. Their bright and mineral-driven Chardonnays have consistently earned accolades, including placement in Wine & Spirits' Top 100 wineries and top wines lists.

The organically certified estate prioritizes regenerative agriculture and fosters biodiversity with no-till farming, permanent cover crops, and habitats for predatory wildlife. This sustainable model not only benefits the ecosystem but also enhances the complexity and vibrancy of the wines, embodying the harmony of nature and craftsmanship.
