Join us this Wednesday, May 22, as we explore the refreshing diversity  of “méthode traditionnelle” sparkling wines around the world. 

 While Champagne is the best-known, every wine-producing region in the world curates their own unique version of this surreptitious sparkler.  

On Wednesday, we will taste the differences in varietal selection and aging regimes, from the Loire Valley to Tasmania, to South Africa, to Chile, and more.
