Join Us for an Exclusive Wine Dinner with Long Shadows Vintners

We’re thrilled to invite you to a special evening with Long Shadows Vintners, one of the most innovative and respected names in modern American winemaking.

Long Shadows, founded by Washington wine pioneer Allen Shoup, has built its reputation on a bold, collaborative approach—bringing together some of the world’s most celebrated winemakers to craft small-lot wines from the best vineyards in the Columbia Valley. This unique model, blending world-class winemaking talent with exceptional Washington fruit, has produced a portfolio of critically acclaimed wines that capture the distinct character of the region.

Gilles Nicault serves as the director of winemaking and viticulture, while collaborating with a team of all-star vintners to refine Allen’s vision. With Gilles at the helm, Long Shadows began crafting wines inspired by iconic winemakers, each of global prominence and famous for their mastery of a particular variety and style:

Randy Dunn, Dunn Vineyard, Napa Valley (Feather Cabernet Sauvignon)

Agustin Huneeus Sr. and Philippe Melka, Quintessa, Napa Valley (Pirouette)

John Duval, Penfolds, Barossa Valley (Sequel Syrah)

Michel Rolland, Chateau Le Bon Pasteur, Pomerol (Pedestal Merlot)

Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari, Tenute Folonari, Tuscany (Saggi)

Armin Diel, Schlossgut Diel, Nahe Valley (Poet’s Leap Riesling)

Gilles own wine, Chester-Kidder, was the first Long Shadows red produced in 2002.

The winemakers joined Long Shadows as co-owners of their wine, not as consultants. In so doing, Allen reasoned, each partner would be vested in learning more about Washington State's vineyards, and Long Shadows' wines would exemplify the viticultural excellence of the Columbia Valley.

Join us on Wednesday, May 28th, as we welcome Joe Consolo, Florida Sales Manager for Long Shadows, to hear the stories behind the wines and experience the craftsmanship that has made Long Shadows an icon in the Columbia Valley.

$125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. 21+.

Reservations required.

Limited quantities of wine will be available for sale following the event.

Please note cancellation policies when booking.
