Agave spirits, including mezcal and tequila, have a history dating back thousands of years.
While an initial wave of innovation in the practice of distillation arrived in modern-day Mexico during the 16th century, it wasn’t until 1974 that the now-famous region around the town of Tequila was given a “Denomination of Origin” status protection. This leaves centuries of diversity and regional variety virtually undiscovered among various mezcal productions — of which tequila is just one variant.
Join us as we explore present-day agave spirits in their various forms, paired with a sensational menu from Chef-Partner Brooke Kravetz.
$125 per person, not including tax & gratuity.
