Every six weeks for the last two years, Chef Sophia has produced a micro-seasonal tasting menu with relentless creativity and expert technique. This Wednesday, 13 May, we take a look back at some of her favorite dishes, alongside a multi-course wine pairing.
$125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
