Located just eight minutes (!) from our kitchen in The Shoppes at Vanderbilt, SMF has been our preferred mushroom vendor since we opened our doors at our original location in downtown Naples over three years ago.
Stropharia Mushroom Farm (SMF) is located in Naples, Florida, and opened in October 2020. SMF grows specialty mushrooms indoors year-round in high-tech farming facilities with air, temperature, and humidity-controlled growing rooms. They produce oyster mushrooms, lion’s mane, chestnut mushrooms, king trumpets, pioppino mushrooms, and more! Their mushrooms are consistently top quality of fresh mushrooms.
This is a 100% sustainable farm utilizing agricultural by-products to produce fresh gourmet mushrooms and organic compost for local land farmers. Nothing going to waste! They even opened up a storefront where you can come purchase fresh mushrooms during the week. They are capable of producing NON-GMO fresh and natural mushrooms year-round — and 100% born and raised right here in Naples, Florida.
Join us for an evening of delicious exploration and vibrant discussion as Jor ‘El and Sheth guide us through the miraculous benefits that mushrooms carry, and as Chef Sophia masterfully crafts dishes centered around a variety of mushroom types and styles — all sumptuously paired with wines from around the world.
$125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
