Join us for a special evening celebrating the wines of Antiquum Farm, a small, fiercely independent vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley known for its uncompromising commitment to regenerative farming and expressive, site-driven wines.
Located on a rugged hillside in the southern end of the valley, Antiquum Farm has redefined what’s possible in cool-climate viticulture. Through intensive grazing, no irrigation, and a radical dedication to biodiversity, they produce wines—particularly Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris—that are vibrant, layered, and full of character. These are wines that speak of place, passion, and precision.
Stephen Hagen, raised in the Willamette Valley’s coastal foothills, developed a deep love for the outdoors and his native Oregon hills from a young age. His early solo adventures in fishing, hunting, and foraging shaped his intuitive approach to farming and winemaking. After purchasing the land that became Antiquum Farm, Stephen and his wife Niki set out to raise their children, Daisy and Juel, with the same appreciation for nature and hands-on involvement. Daisy is an accomplished horsewoman and vineyard scout, while Juel is passionate about shepherding, winemaking, and cooking. The family’s values of simplicity, beauty, and connection to the land guide every aspect of their work at Antiquum Farm.
For this intimate four-course dinner, we’ll pour a curated selection of Antiquum’s standout wines alongside seasonal dishes from Chef Sophia Kiasi, each designed to showcase the purity, texture, and energy that define this exceptional estate. From mineral-driven whites to soulful reds, it’s a rare opportunity to experience a truly singular voice in American wine.
