A year ago this month, we switched on the lights in our new dining room at the Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt: the brass sconces, the cherry blossom walls, the candle on every table. Since then there have been Tuesday suppers with a little magic, Wednesdays spent wandering the wine world, and tasting menus that never sat still. Through all of it, there has been you.
For one evening only, Chef-Partner Brooke Kravetz and Chef de Cuisine Sophia Kiasi bring back the dishes you’ve asked for most since our first nights on Davis Boulevard. Wine Director Zach Bingham opens the cellar to pour each course beside a bottle from our story: some that first met these plates years ago, and some that have never left our list.
